When reserving your dogs’ accommodation please bear in mind your travel times, as we may struggle to care for your dog for an extra day before or after the initially booked dates at short notice; we do not have holding pens.

The kennel you book is the kennel you have – from start to finish.

Full T&Cs are part of the boarding waiver that you are required to sign when booking your dog via the software. We bring attention to an excerpt below to avoid confusion or misunderstanding .

Please note we have recently had a few issues with clients confirming their booking but not showing up or informing us of a cancellation or change (including blocking dates and then substantially changing them at short notice). As I’m sure you realise, as a small business this has a financial impact and often means we have turned away clients who needed to use our facilities. While I fully appreciate the majority of our clients are well mannered enough to be respectful with dates and communication I am reminding all confirmed bookings  that we will actively pursue all debts which result from non-compliance of our terms and conditions.

Find below the excerpt regarding cancellations from our terms and conditions

• Cancellation Policy. We would draw to your attention that once we have accepted your booking a contract exists between us. The deposit paid is non-refundable. In case you might need to cancel, we strongly advise you to ensure that your visit is covered by adequate insurance. If you must cancel. If
you have given us at least 1 weeks’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded, but there will be no further charge. If you fail to arrive, without giving a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice, 100% of the room rate for the booked period (less the value of your deposit) will be due. In the event of a stay being cut short for any reason, the full balance of the confirmed booking will be due.
